Chelsea Julia Abella (they/them) is a passionate Cuban American illustration artist and designer with experience in architectural, interior, product, and graphic design.

The study of Interior Architecture offered an opportunity to design for the key relationships between people and their environment. Chelsea finds inspiration in the stories within a project’s historical context, in the process of textile design, and in the visual narratives of horror films. They also work as an artist creating hand-drawn graphics and illustrations. Chelsea’s work as a designer and artist aims to combine their passions for scenic design, hand sketching, and environmental psychology.
